This October, we are holding our 25th Anniversary celebrations. This will be an afternoon of Inspirational Dance and Kathak performances, Hilarious plays and Soul Stirring Rang-e-Mehfil, ending with a raffle and dinner. All proceeds will go back towards running our centre and giving back to our local community.

Postnatal Support group

Did you know that at least 1 in 10 mothers face depression and anxiety symptoms during pregnancy and after birth? You are not alone!

This is a confidential support group for mummies or mummy to be’s to chat and connect with other women for support. The group will offer information, support and encouragement to help you feel like yourself again.
Drop in sessions running weekly, or message us to register!
Refreshments provided. Babies welcome!

Family Support Talk

Tamar Glyn from Homestart Barnet and Harrow will be visiting to give a short talk on family Support on 27th June at 11.30 am. This event is free. No registration needed.

We hold a regular Tuesday morning, self-lead, social group – runs from 11:00 – 12:00. This is an open ended group that welcomes new comers.

Singing, Music and Folk Dance – for fun, friendships, socialisation and mobility

Mental Health Awareness Day

On Monday 23rd January 2017 we held a Mental Health Awareness Day to invite various organisations and professionals to understand more about mental health, effect, stigmas, and impact of counselling.



International Women’s Day

Dawn celebrated International Women’s Day on the 30th of March 2016 at Round Theatre, Hatch End High School. Dance and song performances, plays and speeches were presented by our staff and clients to an audience after which we enjoyed refreshments.
